K-6 Hybrid Homeschool
The Hybrid Homeschool program allows parents to combine instruction at school and at home for a phenomenal learning experience!
Hybrid Learners will have the opportunity to engage in a student-centered environment (2 or 3 days per week), actively exploring real-world challenges and solutions. Project-Based Learning poses an authentic problem, challenge, needs, or issues to be solved. Students participate in group discussions and receive a rubric that outlines tasks and end product expectations. Our hands-on activities will encourage critical thinking skills as students work collaboratively on activities and quests designed to support the critical thinking and decision-making process. As students work to complete each level of their investigation, they will achieve goals on their rubric, which helps to keep them focused and on track. At the end of the project, students will present their final product to the learning community for review and feedback.
Hybrid Learning provides parents with the opportunity to have the best of both worlds. Families can expose their children to a traditional school setting while still maintaining a firm hand on the shaping of their child's educational path, with an emphasis on "home."
Participants will receive access to high-quality teachers and curriculum support, the opportunity for learners to socialize with peers, and a chance for children to engage in enrichment programs and activities. Hybrid students have the option to participate in all school events, field trips, and field days.
