The Application Process

After participating in the virtual tour, an email will be sent to schedule your onsite visit. Yippee!

 Your child will visit our campus and participate in classes and activities, giving them a sense of how the school operates. Nothing beats an authentic Compass experience!  Once an application has been received, our Director of First Impressions will contact you to schedule the visit. A $50 non-refundable fee is due at scheduling.

Time: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. Student should bring snacks, a refillable water bottle, and lunch.

Please note that a $125 non-refundable fee is due upon completion of the online application and submission of an application does not guarantee a child’s acceptance. Our school requires one teacher recommendation from the applicant’s current teacher or childcare provider for applicants applying to Kindergarten – Fifth Grade. The application will request the name, email address, phone number, and school name of the teacher who will provide the recommendation.  A form will be sent directly from the admissions office to the person indicated. The school administrator will meet with the prospective family to discuss the Shadow Day experience and if it is determined by both parties that the school will be able to support your educational goals, the family will be invited to formally join the Compass
