K-6 EDUCATION OPTIONS

At Compass Outreach & Education Center, we believe education should be as unique as the child experiencing it. Our programs are intentionally designed to provide flexible, personalized learning pathways that honor each student’s strengths, pace, and individual needs.  Every activity is purposefully designed to support whole-child development—academic, emotional, and social.

By combining structured instruction with small-group collaboration, project-based learning, and individualized academic support, Compass offers both consistency and adaptability. Students experience meaningful social interaction, guided mentorship, and opportunities to build independence — all within an accredited, family-centered environment.

This purposeful approach allows us to support a diverse range of learners, from those who thrive with greater autonomy to those who benefit from additional structure and guided support.

Hybrid Learning Program

Flexible Structure. Meaningful Engagement.

What Is the Compass Hybrid Program?

The Compass Hybrid Program is designed for families who want a balance between structured, in-person learning and the flexibility of home-based education. Students attend campus on select days for academic instruction, collaboration, and enrichment, while completing guided work independently at home.

This model provides accountability, small-group support, and community connection — while preserving flexibility for families.
